About me
I am licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon. I am a mother, a planner, a partner, a hiker, and a returned peace corps volunteer. I value curiosity, social justice and compassion.
I have spent over a decade supporting youth and families. I’ve worked in refugee resettlement, wilderness and residential treatment programs, a children’s hospital, and most recently as a pediatric behavioral health consultant.
I draw inspiration and guidance from writers Barbara Kingsolver, Alice Walker, and Mary Oliver. Their words help us explore our interconnectedness and offer persistent reminders on how to best live in this complex, beautiful, unkind world.
Both my professional and my personal experiences have reaffirmed for me that confidence, growth, and change does not occur in isolation but as a part of a community and often, in times of discomfort. I feel privileged to collaborate with individuals in helping them find ease amidst change and align their lives with their values.
